Easy Quinoa Wrap for Sandwiches or Tortillias

1 ½ cups ( 250g) Quinoa ( soaked for at least 8 hours or up to two days)

1 ½ cups ( 350ml) water

1 Tblsp olive oil

1 tsp salt

1tsp linseed (optional)

2 cloves garlic (optional)

1 onion (optional)

Herbs to taste

Rinse quinoa well and drain.

Place all ingredients in standing blender or blend with stick blender until the consistency of crepe batter.

Let batter sit for a half hour before using .

In a large sauté pan cook covered on medium to medium high heat for about 7 minutes or until wrap turns easily. Cook for an additional five minutes on alternate side.

Let cool and fill with your favorite wrap filling.
