Flip the Script

Sober curious
no longer inwardly furious,
And mad
at the hand I’ve been dealt

I’ve sometimes felt that life is unfair
And so drowned my sorrows there

Lately though
I wanted more than my fair share,
So of my moods
my husband had to beware

That’s not fair!

I have my share of troubles it’s true
But probably no more than others
If life is a set of trials and a test
will help me pass it
with flying colours

So stop feeling sorry for myself
and my strife
Flip the script and you will find life
Is also full of joy and fun
Be an Alcohol-Free happy mum

On a cloudy day
search and find the sun
There is a way
and AF is a great place to start
and to stay!

If you’re “sober curious” …

If you are drinking too much too often and want to take a break…
