Basic Quinoa Pizza Recipe
1 ½ cups dry quinoa soaked in water for 8 hours or up to two days, strained and rinsed well
¾ cups water
1 tsp salt
1 Tblsp olive oil
Blend well with standing blender or stick blender and let rest for half hour or store in refrigerator / or freezer for later use
Pour evenly onto oiled cooking paper .
Bake slowly at 170c/ 350f for 10 to 15 minutes depending on your oven. Flip over and bake again for another 10 to 15 minutes.
Top with sauce and cheese or your favorite pizza toppings. Return to oven at 200c/400f for 8 to ten minutes.
Let cool for 5 to ten minutes before cutting .
