Simplicity

Lets get back to basics
Please humour me
There’s beauty in simplicity
And it could be just what we need

A roof over our head
Somewhere warm and dry
Enough little luxuries to get by
Enough money to have a comfortable life

Why complicate this simple bliss
Because of something that although we miss
Isn’t good for us?
It’s something we can’t trust

Do we have a self destructive love?
Or should we just appreciate our gifts?
Don’t we already have enough?
Even when things are really tough
Booze is much tougher
And won’t give us love

Don’t let go, reach out we’re here, and we know it’s simply tough some days when you’re trying to stick to sober

If you’re “sober curious” … If you are drinking too much too often and want to stop or take a break…or if you have stopped drinking and are trying to stick to sober! Talk to Us.

We are an independent, anonymous and private community who share resources, support and talk it through every day. It helps to have a community behind you in a world where alcohol is the only addictive drug that people will question you for NOT using
